Preface

The EUI Library Research Data Guide is the result of more than 10 years of experience matured by the EUI Library staff and colleagues from across the whole Institute. We deeply thank all who contributed and made their expertise available. It also benefits from many open resources developed and released by authoritative institutions in the area of Research Data Management. All resources are properly cited, but if you see a missing citation, please let us know.

Note on the 12^th edition of the guide

The EUI Library Research Data Guide (12^th edition) includes major changes with respect to the previous editions, in terms of structure, content and web publication. Building on the expertise developed by the EUI Library in the last decade, this edition aims to support improved navigation between the sections, additional resources to further explore each topic, and a finer-grained research data lifecycle.
